The Wealth Adviser Assistant will support Wealth Advisers in a financial firm located in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist Wealth Advisers with client meetings, including preparing presentations and documents.
• Research financial products and market trends to support Wealth Advisers in providing tailored financial advice to clients.
• Help coordinate client events and seminars.
• Manage client communications and follow up on action items.
• Assist with account opening and maintenance processes.
• Maintain client records accurately and securely.

• Degree in finance, economics, business, or related field.
• Previous experience in a financial advisory or wealth management role is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Knowledge of financial products and market trends.
