Finance Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance:
  • Stay informed about banking regulations and ensure financial processes comply.
  • Assist in the preparation of regulatory reporting and compliance documentation.
• Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  • Implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Communicate financial insights and analysis to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with business goals.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Finance Business Analyst in the banking industry.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, banking operations, and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
