A Financial Advisor (financial agent / broker) who will be responsible for selling the Company’s financial services to new clients and will facilitate business growth.

• No desk fees
• Financial support for the first 3 - 6 months (bridging salary)
• 24 / 7 Admin support in applications and CRM work
• Monthly commission payments
• We provide pre‑qualified and pre‑paid leads generated by a vast number of marketing campaigns
• A-Grade charge‑free office space and meeting rooms for your client meetings and day‑to‑day work
• Trainings at the Company’s expense

• 2 or more years’ experience as a Financial Advisor within the financial services industry, life and investment essential.
• Matric / Grade 12 or SAQA Accredited Equivalent Essential.
• 120 FAIS credits (NQF
  5) in Wealth Management, CFP preferred.
• RE 5 certificate.
• Proven sales track record.

• Communicating with clients, including phone calls, e-mails and personal meetings.
• Presenting the Company’s products and conducting sales.
• Conduct customer needs analysis and advise accordingly.
• Provide feedback on daily activities (calls, appointments, sales etc.)
• Develop and maintain client network.
• Use company’s resources and expertise to analyse client needs.
• Facilitate additional lead generation.
• Work in CRM, keeping client’s information complete and up to date.
• Undergo necessary scheduled trainings and upskilling sessions.
