Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for education and student success? Our SAE Institute PTA campus is looking for a dedicated Academic and Financial Administrator to join our team, someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and passionate about delivering service excellence!

The purpose of this position is to coordinate and manage the student academic records process.

Ensure Accurate Financial Management:
Maintain precise records of financial transactions, including income, expenses, and budgets.

Support Compliance:
Ensure adherence to financial regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.

Requirements

A finance qualification

Experience using SAGE Intacct, or related accounting systems

A minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in a finance department essential

Experience in Microsoft Excel with a proficiency level of Intermediate

Good interpersonal communication skills

Customer service skills

Ability to work under pressure

Strong administrative skills
