Mechanical Draughtsperson

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed mechanical drawings and layouts using CAD software (2D & 3D).
- Develop manufacturing and fabrication drawings in line with engineering specifications.
- Interpret engineering sketches, concepts, and technical instructions.
- Revise and update drawings based on design changes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company drafting procedures.
- Work closely with engineers, project managers, and production teams.
- Maintain drawing registers and document control systems.

Minimum Requirements:

- Draughting Certificate (Mechanical Draughting or equivalent).
- Minimum 3+ years experience as a Mechanical Draughtsperson in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solid Works, or similar CAD software.
- Strong understanding of mechanical components, assemblies, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
