NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EIB funded project called:
JETP South Africa Transnet Decarbonisation Framework Loan and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.
South Africa.
DurationQ3 2026.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills- University degree in Law, Engineering, Economics or equivalent.
- Proficiency in oral and written English language.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in technical advice in the field of public procurement to large transport infrastructure projects or public authorities, of which at least 3 years should be in South Africa.
- Involvement in a minimum of 2 large transport infrastructure projects in the past 10 years.
- Involvement in a minimum of 1 transport project in a developing country, preferably in Sub-Saharan Africa, financed by EU, EIB or other IFI’s in the past 10 years.
