Overview

Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect for a well established architectural firm. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction process of various architectural projects, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and functional designs.

Responsibilities:

Take the lead in all phases of architectural work, including conceptualization, design development, and project execution

Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design proposals

Create detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and staff

Coordinate and liaise with construction professionals, consultants, and contractors

Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and quality

Stay updated with architectural trends and advancements in design software

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field

Proven experience as a Senior Architect or in a similar role

Strong portfolio showcasing previous architectural projects

Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch Up

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Professional architect license preferred
