Forex Account Manager

Join Our Dynamic Forex Client Services Team!

Are you passionate about forging strong client relationships and helping customers succeed? We're looking for a proactive, people-focused individual based in Johannesburg or Pretoria to join our leading fintech company!

What You'll Do:

• Visit clients in person to guide them through our seamless onboarding process
• Support and explain admin related to forex transactions
• Collaborate with the Sales team to onboard new clients and deepen existing relationships
• Manage multiple forex accounts for both individuals and companies
• Tackle challenging client requests and resolve escalations effectively
• Help drive initiatives that boost customer satisfaction and retention rates
• Retain clients by building trust and understanding their unique needs
• Identify new business opportunities within your portfolio
• Analyze client success or failure and recommend process enhancements
• Ensure efficient follow-ups and closure of open issues for maximum client satisfaction
• Support customers via email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings

What You'll Need:

• Minimum 2 years in a client-facing role
• Ideally, a tertiary qualification in finance, law, management, or similar
• Technically savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Knowledge of forex is a strong advantage
• Fluent in English & Afrikaans
• Excellent administrative, communication, and people skills
• Strong with numbers and adept at problem-solving
• Comfortable working independently—remotely and proactively
• Valid SA driver’s license and own vehicle
