Customer Support Specialist (permanent, full-time)
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers growth opportunities and a competitive salary.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to customers
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and resolve customer issues
- Identify and report any recurring issues or trends to the team lead
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and new releases to provide accurate information to customers
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a technology or data analytics company
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM software
- Knowledge of data analytics and SQL is a plus
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
