We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

Position Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of support and service. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing timely and effective solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to customers
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and resolve customer issues
  • Identify and report any recurring issues or trends to the team lead
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and new releases to provide accurate information to customers
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a technology or data analytics company
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM software
  • Knowledge of data analytics and SQL is a plus
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
