We are seeking a talented and creative Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join a dynamic marketing team. The role focuses on creating visually engaging marketing materials across print, digital, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, banners, social media graphics, email templates, and event-related materials
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns
Ensure consistent brand representation across all visual assets
Develop visual content for websites, newsletters, and other digital platforms
Create designs for product packaging, corporate branding, and promotional items
Stay up to date with current design trends, tools, and best practices
Job Knowledge
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design across both digital and print platforms
Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles
Job-Related Skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to accept creative direction and constructive feedback positively
Passion for design with a proactive approach to generating fresh, innovative ideas
Experience
Minimum of 3–5 years’ professional experience in graphic design
Technical Skills & Education
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Experience using Canva
Familiarity with email marketing platforms is advantageous
Knowledge of video editing software such as Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is an added advantage
Will be discussed in interview
