We’re looking for a Senior UX Writer who can shape clear, human, purposeful language across product experiences. You understand accessibility, clarity, and the relationship between design, structure, and meaning. You write for interfaces, flows, and systems, not just screens. You collaborate with designers, researchers, other writers, the design system team and PMs to make decisions easier, interactions clearer, and experiences consistent.

• Write interface copy across flows, states, components, and journeys
• Shape tone, clarity, structure, and content patterns across the product
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, and engineers to refine user experience
• Use insights to inform content decisions and improve usability
• Contribute to content guidelines and evolving content standards
• Support consistency through shared patterns and design system integration

Preferred qualification: Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Journalism, Writing Studies, Communication Design, Media Studies, or another writing-centred or language discipline. Equivalent experience in copywriting, editing, or content design accepted.

Indicative experience: Typically 3–5+ years of UX Writing or Content Design experience, with demonstrated ability to craft interface copy, structure content systems, run content testing, and deliver clear content solutions autonomously in cross-functional teams, or equivalent capability.

Portfolio requirement: Portfolio may include product copy, content patterns, design system content, and usability-tested writing examples.
