Graduate UX Designer

• Conduct user research to understand target audiences, behaviors, and needs.
• Analyze research findings and translate insights into design recommendations.
• Wire framing and Prototyping:
  • Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
• UI Design:
  • Collaborate with the UI design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Ensure consistency and coherence in design elements across different platforms.
• Usability Testing:
  • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions.
  • Analyze testing results and make design adjustments to enhance user experience.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers.
• Participate in design critiques and contribute to a collaborative design culture.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX design.
• Take part in training opportunities and seek mentorship to enhance skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Eagerness to learn and a passion for user-centered design.
