We’re looking for a Conceptual Copywriter who can move effortlessly between ideas, stories, brands, and emotions. Someone who can craft a big idea one moment, then sharpen a six-word line the next. You can think strategically, write creatively, and shape narratives across channels. You’re excited by storytelling, language, rhythm, humour, emotion, and simplicity. You can work in brand campaigns, digital content, social, scripts, and concept development and you love collaborating with designers, motion artists, and product teams to bring ideas to life.

• Create conceptual platforms, stories, and campaign ideas for digital-first brand communication
• Craft scripts, content pieces, narratives, social media concepts, and internal storytelling
• Translate complex themes (health, behaviour, retail) into human, relatable writing
• Collaborate with designers, motion specialists, and product teams to bring ideas alive visually
• Develop and refine tone, voice, and messaging across studio outputs
• Contribute to brand systems: messaging frameworks, style guides, editorial guidelines
• Work across surfaces long-form, short-form, video, motion, social, experiential
• Present ideas clearly and confidently, backed by strong creative reasoning
• Support brand storytelling for campaigns, launches, and product narratives

• Preferred qualification:
  Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, Journalism, Marketing Communication, English, or a related creative discipline. Equivalent portfolio-driven experience is strongly welcomed.
• Indicative experience:
  Typically 3–5+ years experience in creative or conceptual writing advertising, digital content, social campaigns, brand storytelling, or mixed-discipline studio work.
• Portfolio requirement:
  Please include writing samples or a creative portfolio: campaigns, scripts, content pieces, lines, narratives, or concept boards. We value ideas, clarity, originality, and voice.
