Overview

Key Requirements:

  • BSc in Quantity Surveying
  • Proficient in CCS/Candy
  • Proficient in Build Smart
  • Familiar with QTO measuring
  • Must be familiar with JBCC Contracts
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing costs on a wide variety of building projects
  • Oversee and report all site cost management functions
  • Preparing tender and contract documents
  • Assigning work to subcontractors
  • Ensuring projects meet legal and quality standards
