Role purpose
To drive disciplined sales planning by consolidating dealer forecasts, managing the order-to-delivery pipeline visibility, and producing sales/stock insights that enable proactive allocation, wholesale execution and retail focus.
Key responsibilities- Maintain monthly sales forecast by model/derivative and channel (retail, fleet, rental).
- Track order bank, production/shipping milestones, inbound ETA and stock-on-hand (pipeline visibility).
- Support allocation and distribution planning aligned to dealer targets and market opportunities.
- Produce weekly sales performance and stock ageing reports; flag risks and opportunities.
- Support campaign and incentive tracking (plan vs actual) and provide insights to sales leadership.
- Coordinate data inputs from dealers and internal teams; ensure consistent reporting cadence and definitions.
- Assist in building and maintaining planning templates (monthly buckets) and scenario modelling.
- Forecast accuracy improvement and visibility of pipeline (order-to-delivery).
- On-time weekly/monthly sales planning reports.
- Reduced stock imbalances/ageing through proactive insights.
- Improved alignment between supply, wholesale and retail execution.

- Finance (for targets/incentives)
- Diploma/degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or similar.
- 2–4 years’ experience in sales planning, demand planning, or reporting.
- Strong Excel and data discipline; exposure to BI tools advantageous.
- Comfortable coordinating with dealers and cross-functional teams.
- Structured planning and follow-through.
- Strong numerical and reporting capability.
- Clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
- Problem solving under time pressure.
