Area: Erasmusrand, Pretoria
Working hours: Monday – Friday 07:30 – 16:30 (Office based) Permanent

The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing general administrative support, conducting client follow-ups, identifying and contacting potential customers, and qualifying leads for the sales team. The role includes managing the manager’s calendar and appointments, maintaining accurate records, and building strong relationships with new and existing customers to support overall business operations.

Minimum requirements:
  • Matric
  • MS Office
  • CRM System would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills
Duties will include, but is not limited to:
  • General administration
  • Follow ups
  • Identifying customers
  • Contacting customers
  • Qualifying potential customers for sales team
  • Managing the calendar and appointment for the manager
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers
