. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Admin / Stock Controller who is eager to grow with the company.

Successful applicant must be available immediately and have a vehicle.

Responsibilities
  • General administrative duties
  • Order placements with suppliers
  • Order collections and coordination
  • Invoicing and basic financial administration
  • Stock control and stock level monitoring
  • Updating records and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Assisting with internal operational support when required
Requirements
  • Matric certificate or higher qualification
  • Proven administration experience
  • Fully computer literate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Valid driver’s license with own vehicle
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
