Main Duties
:
• Provide executive administrative support, including diary, travel, communication, and workflow management.
• Prepare, edit, and quality-assure documents, reports, minutes, briefs and presentations.
• Coordinate meetings, compile documentation, and ensure follow-through on decisions and action items.
• Maintain secure and well-organised filing, records and information systems.
• Track operational projects and timelines, liaising with internal business units and external stakeholders.
• Serve as the first point of contact and professional interface for the Office of the Executive Manager.
