Senior Accountant (R  to R  per annum)

For a Senior Accountant who thrives on accuracy, structure, and ownership in a growing healthcare environment, this role offers the perfect balance of responsibility and stability.

A well-established organization within the healthcare space is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to take full ownership of the finance function. This role is ideal for a BCom-qualified professional with strong month-end exposure who enjoys hands-on involvement across reporting, payroll, inventory, and operational finance.

You will play a critical role in ensuring financial integrity, supporting management decision-making, and maintaining tight control over core accounting processes. Exposure to stock and inventory will be highly advantageous in this environment.

• Full finance function (FFF) including payroll, trial balance, and reporting
• Month-end close, invoicing, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Stock and inventory accounting (preferred)
• Preparation and review of management reports
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely financial processing
• Support operational and business reporting requirements

• Experience:
  
  5–10 years accounting experience
• Technical:
  Strong trial balance, payroll, reconciliations, and reporting skills
• Advantageous:
  Stock / inventory exposure
• Profile:
  Detail-driven, reliable, structured, and able to work independently
