Appointed person ensuring lifting operations are carried out in compliance with the lifting and rigging plans.
General Works as follows:
Cutting of Concrete Piles.
Drilling Dowels into top of concrete piles.
Placing precast Ground beam's onto to tops of piles (directing crane driver) Apply BELOW
