Waking Night Custodian

Excel Housing Solutions are looking for Night Custodian Workers to join the team on a part time basis, 24 Hours Per Week (2 x 12 hour shifts).

Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining accommodation standards, ensuring the safety and upkeep of properties, and managing tenants’ well‑being. This role involves property management, compliance with health and safety regulations, and occupancy‑related tasks.

We seek individuals who are organised, flexible, and capable of addressing challenges. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in diverse situations. Proactivity and a solution‑focused approach are important.
