This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to build a rewarding career within the new homes sector.

As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the development, guiding buyers through their home-buying journey.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing customer enquiries and site visits

• Delivering engaging development and property tours

• Building strong relationships with prospective purchasers

• Progressing reservations through to completion

• Maintaining CRM records and sales reports

• Ensuring the highest standard of presentation across the sales area

We are seeking someone who is:

• Confident, personable, and customer-focused

• Target-driven with a strong sales mindset

• Experienced in sales (property experience beneficial but not essential)

• Highly organised with excellent communication skills
