• Lead from the front and create a high-energy, inclusive culture where your team feels empowered and customers feel welcomed
• Be hands-on in your approach, supporting your team on the floor and setting the standard for service and execution
• Drive store performance through strong operational execution and achieving sales targets
• Champion customer service and ensure every customer walks away with a great experience
• Develop and inspire your tam to grow into confident, capable retail leaders
• Keep it safe by ensuring your team and store operate in a safe and supportive environment
• Problem-solve day-to-day challenges with confidence and calm

• Proven leadership experience in a retail or customer-focused role
• A natural ability to motivate and influence — you get the best out of people
