Counterbalance Forklift Operative

Multitask Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operative to join our client s expanding team based in the scenic area of Kirkham. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled forklift operator to secure a role within a fast-paced production environment, with the potential for a permanent position.

Key

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operating a counterbalance forklift truck

• Loading and unloading deliveries

• Moving materials and stock around the site

• Supporting the production team with general operational duties

• Carrying out heavy lifting and manual handling where required

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment

Candidate Requirements:

• A valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT licence

• Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a production or warehouse environment

• Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to work overtime when required

• Own transport is desirable due to the rural location of the site

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday

• 8:00am 6:00pm

• Overtime available subject to business requirements
