Overview

Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will be joining our Soft FM Cleaning Team who are based at an extra care housing site in the Gregson Lane area. Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities.

We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care. Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all residents. This is a part‑time position and the hours are 9am to 11am, Monday to Friday.

• Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths, grass, etc., as per the required contract specification.
• Removing any dumped refuse bags and household items to refuse chambers or other refuse areas.
• Checking communal lighting and replacing blown bulbs.
• Sweeping of hard surfaces and litter picking of soft surfaces.
• Cleaning windows within easy reach.

• Cleaning experience in a professional setting.
• Experience using cleaning machinery.
• Strong communication skills in order to speak with the residents.
• Disability confident.
