A dedicated specialist team supporting clients whose operations centre around life-safety and property protection system. With more hybrid flexibility after probation and the option to work from a London office as well as Essex, this role offers the autonomy and work-life balance experienced professionals are looking for. The opportunity You will play a key role in the day-to-day management of commercial insurance programmes, including
- Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, quotations and client enquiries. Building strong relationships with clients, underwriters and internal stakeholders. Providing a responsive, solutions-focused service throughout the policy lifecycle. Developing a deep understanding of a unique and growing specialist sector. Maintaining accurate systems and documentation. You will have proven commercial insurance experience and someone who:
Takes a proactive approach to client service and relationship development. Enjoys working collaboratively in a supportive team environment. Is highly organised and able to manage competing priorities. Communicates confidently with a wide range of stakeholders. Is comfortable using multiple systems (Acturis- advantageous).
