Are you an experienced finance recruiter ready to take the next big step in your career? We're expanding our Finance Recruitment division, and there's real opportunity here. You'll be stepping into a desk with existing clients and strong foundations — so you can hit the ground running from day one.

You'll recruit across temp and perm roles in public sector, private practice, and in-house finance — with plenty of room to expand into new areas if you've got the vision.

You'll fit right in if:

• You've got finance recruitment experience (temp or perm).
• You've got a track record of developing business, signing new clients, and smashing targets.
• You're confident managing the full 360° recruitment process — from sourcing through to offer stage.
• You're a strong communicator who can hold your own with senior-level professionals.
