January 2026 A highly regarded independent preparatory school in Hampstead is seeking an experienced EYFS Practitioner to join their Early Years team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-achieving environment where pupils are motivated, curious and academically ambitious from a very young age. The successful candidate will work as a Teaching Assistant, supporting pupils as they prepare for their 4 assessments.

Supporting EYFS pupils both in small groups and on a one-to-one basis Assisting with structured preparation for 4 assessments Delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning activities under teacher guidance Helping pupils develop early academic confidence, focus and independence Working closely with class teachers and the wider Early Years team The school is looking for someone who:
