Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Pay Rate: 13.75 – 14.50 per hour

Setting: Mainstream Primary

A primary school in Bamber Bridge is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a pupil with SEMH needs. The school requires someone confident in supporting challenging behaviour and able to implement consistent strategies that promote emotional regulation and positive engagement.

You will work alongside teaching staff to deliver tailored support, adapt activities and encourage participation in lessons. The role will suit someone who is patient, empathetic and able to remain calm under pressure. Experience in behaviour support, mentoring or similar roles will be highly valued.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
