Estimator, Construction, Civil Engineering

This role will focus on pricing cladding packages across a range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for cladding packages

• Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents

• Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations

• Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options

• Work closely with project and commercial teams to ensure competitive and compliant tenders

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator within cladding systems

• Strong knowledge of cladding materials and construction methods

• Excellent numerical, analytical, and organisational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines
