Overview
Applications are invited for a Planning, Performance Quality Administrator to provide a comprehensive service to the NHS Talking Therapy teams across Lancashire. The post holder will coordinate activities with other members of the administration team to ensure an efficient and confidential service is provided.
Key Responsibilities- Office‑based work at Pathways Resource Centre with occasional travel to other NHS Talking Therapy bases.
- Support the administration line manager by providing cover to departments on various sites as directed.
- Maintain systems and databases to support service planning and monitor performance and quality indicators.
- Input data, ensure accuracy, retrieve information by running queries, and produce reports as required.
- Attend team waiting list meetings as needed.
- Work flexibly in response to the needs of the administrative service and coordinate duties independently.
- Evidence of relevant previous experience.
- Good general education background.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Computer skills essential; knowledge of working within the NHS will be an advantage.
- Flexible approach and ability to work within a busy team.
- Ability to work unsupervised and use initiative to coordinate duties effectively.
