Business Support Officer | Adult Disability Short Breaks Service | Preston | Part time

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Business Support Officer to enhance our established team who will contribute to the key work of the Adult Disability Short Breaks Service.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to operational staff and managers in the Adult Disability Short Breaks service.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, manage schedules, book appointments, and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate with managers, social workers, families, and the public to provide advice and information.
- Use Microsoft Office packages and relevant databases effectively.
- Support the team in delivering a great service and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation and data entry in the system.
- Passion for delivering a great service and experience.
- Experience working in an administrative setting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and database use.
- Excellent communication skills – engaging with managers, social workers, families, and the public.
- Ability to listen to individual requirements and clearly communicate information.
