As a critical company representative, you will work directly with our homeowners to ensure all service requests are handled promptly and professionally. You will use your knowledge and skills to evaluate the situation, complete minor repairs and schedule work with trade partners and/or vendors.

• Use your knowledge and skills to evaluate the situation, complete minor repairs, and schedule work with trade partners and/or vendors.

• 2+ years of related experience and/or training required.
• Must be computer proficient or have the capacity to learn how to efficiently operate our scheduling tools.
• Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver’s license.
