• Understand end-product specifications and monitor product quality
• Identify and elevate product quality issues
• Ensure equipment is used correctly
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Promote a people-focused culture in the bakery
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Work in other positions as directed

• Standing on feet for extended periods
• Repetitive motion including bending, stooping, and reaching
• Lifting objects up to 50 lbs
• Adhering to strict uniform requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices
