We invite a skilled PULMONOLOGIST to join a peer specialist and an adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner in a busy service within the largest medical center in northern Maine an 89-bed acute care hospital offering a wide variety of primary and specialty care services. This hospital is a part of the states second largest healthcare system.

Help provide comprehensive patient-centered care for appreciative patients in a setting that supports and encourages a positive work-life balance. You will have a convenient weekday schedule with over 8 weeks paid time off per year.

Your role will be primarily outpatient pulmonary care (95%) with occasional inpatient consults and critical care management for patients in a 6-bed ICU staffed 24/7 by an experienced Hospitalist team. You will also collaborate with an onsite sleep lab and a respiratory therapy / pulmonary rehabilitation team.
