Warehouse Associate Position Overview
Davidson’s is a 90+ year old leader in firearms distribution recognized for our excellence in customer service, product offerings, and financial stability. Davidson’s is currently seeking Warehouse Associates to join our Distribution Center in Prescott, AZ.
ResponsibilitiesThe Warehouse Associate works in a high security, clean and safety-oriented environment. As a team, Warehouse Associates stock, pull, pack, and ship items to our customers while ensuring on-time and accurate order fulfillment. The candidate is expected to:
- Operate computerized equipment and hand scanners as well as manual and electric pallet jacks
- Maintain an upbeat and positive interpersonal demeanor while working as part of a highly-efficient team
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail with double-checking and follow through as a standard
- Work overtime as needed
Afternoon shifts:
Monday through Wednesday, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
Starting pay is $18 per hour with supplemental life insurance and a 401(k) retirement plan with a generous match. The environment is business casual.
RequirementsThe Warehouse Associate must:
- Stand and walk for up to 8+ hours per shift
- Regularly lift up to 50 or more pounds and push, pull, lift or carry up to 50 pounds throughout each shift
All candidates must be at least 21 years of age and be able to pass pre-employment drug testing and a criminal background check.
