Lead Generator – Goettl’s High Desert Mechanical

Goettl’s High Desert Mechanical is hiring a Lead Generator with an annual salary + commissions to represent premium home comfort systems by engaging shoppers, educating them on high-efficiency HVAC solutions, and scheduling free in-home consultations. You’ll act as a professional, enthusiastic brand ambassador in a retail environment.

Pay Range: Annual Salary + Commissions

Schedule:

• Part-time or Full-time
• Flexible hours, including weekends

• No prior HVAC experience is required

• Must be comfortable working in a retail environment

• Engage warehouse members in a friendly, professional manner
• Educate members about high-efficiency home comfort products and current member incentives
• Schedule free in-home consultations with our HVAC professionals
• Represent our home comfort systems with professionalism and enthusiasm
