• Create a welcoming guest experience by greeting guests during daily tasks and assisting with their needs.
• Support daily tasks assigned by leadership to meet goals aligned with business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Execute processes such as price changes, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed by leadership.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to communicate using multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Ability to work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Capable of staying focused in a fast-paced environment and completing multiple tasks within time frames.
• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Ability to climb ladders and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds.
• Flexible schedule with reliable attendance; exposure to varying temperatures and conditions as required by duties.
