Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a travel nursing job in Prescott, Arizona.

- RN – CVICU
- Prescreen + Auto Offer (if RTO < 7 days and no holiday requests)
- Must pass Dysrhythmia Exam (80% required; 2 attempts max)
- Failure = DNU for 6 months (CS AZ & Sacramento region)
- 50-mile radius rule
- Cannot have worked (FT/PT/PRN) with Common Spirit Health, CHI, or Dignity Health within the past year
- Travel duos must have separate vehicles & will not share the same schedule
- Beds: 12
- Ratios: 1:2 or 1:1 (based on acuity)
- Charting:
Cerner - Intensivist:
In-house 24/7 - RT: 24/7 (department-based)
- Monitoring:
Nihon Kohden (RNs read and interpret strips) - Scrubs:
Navy Blue
- BLS
- ACLS
- 2+ years CVICU
- IABP
- CRRT
- Fresh Open Heart (OHS) from OR
- Drip titration
- Impella experience preferred
- AMI
- CAD
- PVD
- Drips
- Dex, Propofol, Dopamine, Neo, Epinephrine, Levophed, Insulin, Cardene
- 12-hour shifts (7/7 schedule)
- 2 weekend shifts per pay period (not guaranteed every other weekend)
- Holidays required
- Call:
Max 3 shifts per 12 weeks - Floating:
May float to ICU / PCU / Med‑Surg / Tele (both campuses)
