Prescreen + manager review; dysrhythmia exam required (80% within 2 attempts or DNU for 6 months) Radius Rule: 50 miles; no Common Spirit/CHI/Dignity employment in past year Unit:
Telemetry – Cardiac/Medical (3rd Floor) Beds/Ratios: 49 beds | 1:5 Certs: BLS, ACLS Patients: CHF, COVID, respiratory, GI, diabetes, post-cath, total joint replacement
Skills:
Read/interp tele strips (sign once/shift); CVA/TIA experience preferred Drips:
No titration;
Cardizem/Diltiazem at set rate Charting:
Cerner (1-day orientation) Support:
Charge RN & house supervisor; CNAs 1:10–15; RT (BiPAP/CPAP)
Schedule:
7a–7p or 7p–7a; 2 weekends per 4 weeks; no call Holidays:
Work 2 days + 1 eve or 2 eves + 1 day (major holidays) Floating:
East Campus; PCU if qualified Scrubs:
Navy blue Orientation: 1 shift on unit
