Make an Impact as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at BAYADA Home Health Care BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Yavapai Visits team. • Executes established client care plan and the physician’s plan of treatment
• Performs patient care and treatment including but not limited to taking blood pressures readings, wound care, measurement of vital signs, collection of blood samples, administration of prescribed medications, in accordance with the provider s treatment plan
• Reports any changes in the client’s condition to the nursing supervisor and physician; executes and properly documents any new doctor’s orders
• Accurately documents observations and interventions pertaining to nursing care utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

• Weekly pay starting at $40 per visit
• Flexible scheduling, M-F

• A current nursing license in good standing in Arizona
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• One year of clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
