ShiftThis entry‑level Manufacturing Operator works the 1st Shift, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm, Monday‑Friday.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Load, unload, clean and adjust machinery
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
- Accurately measure and scale ingredients
- Complete quality checks and record data
- Keep work area clean
- Follow safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend and move throughout shift
- Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)
- Comfortable using computers or tablets
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Basic math and mechanical understanding
- Strong attention to detail
- Team‑oriented and dependable
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals and food allergens
