Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Prescott, AZ.

You will oversee daily operations, lead teams, and ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing daily landscaping operations and crews
• Coordinating staff schedules and resources
• Overseeing project timelines and quality control
• Monitoring team performance and productivity
• Ensuring safety and compliance standards
• Communicating with clients and maintaining strong relationships
• Solving operational challenges and improving systems
• Driving efficiency and profitability

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Experience with project management, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Knowledge of landscaping practices, irrigation systems, and maintenance techniques
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Experience in landscaping or a related field preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Horticulture, or related field (preferred but not required)
