Community Manager

Community Manager - Onsite and Portfolio

We have several established communities in the Prescott area, and expect to be supporting more in 2026! We are seeking experienced Onsite and Portfolio Community Managers to lead day‑to‑day operations, oversee on‑site staff, and partner closely with the Board of Directors to ensure well‑maintained, compliant, and resident‑focused communities.

• Serve as the primary on‑site leader and liaison to the Board, residents, and vendors, and/or cover a portfolio of communities in the same general area
• Oversee community operations, common area maintenance, and on‑site personnel
• Enforce governing documents, community standards, and architectural guidelines
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service performance
• Support budgeting, financial oversight, and reporting
• Facilitate Board meetings, inspections, and community communications

• 2+ years of HOA/COA or multifamily property management experience
• 2+ years leading, coaching, and developing onsite community support teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience working directly with Boards of Directors preferred
• Effective at establishing rapport and building relationships
