A reputable community management organization is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support day‑to‑day operations of residential communities. This role partners with a Community Manager, Board of Directors, and internal support teams to ensure excellent service and smooth community operations.
Responsibilities- Assist with daily community management and resident support
- Collaborate with Boards, accounting, and internal staff
- Ensure compliance with governing documents and regulations
- Prepare meeting agendas, Board packets, and community communications
- Attend Board meetings as needed
- Support budget review and operational improvements
- 2+ years of management experience preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
