A reputable community management organization is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support day‑to‑day operations of residential communities. This role partners with a Community Manager, Board of Directors, and internal support teams to ensure excellent service and smooth community operations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily community management and resident support
  • Collaborate with Boards, accounting, and internal staff
  • Ensure compliance with governing documents and regulations
  • Prepare meeting agendas, Board packets, and community communications
  • Attend Board meetings as needed
  • Support budget review and operational improvements
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of management experience preferred
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
