Human Resources Generalist Position Overview

Key Responsibilities- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and policy interpretation.
- Conduct employee relations investigations and provide guidance to leaders on performance and conduct matters.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.
- Conduct full‑cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including posting, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth, consistent new‑hire experience.
- Support employees with benefits enrollment, eligibility questions, and issue resolution.
- Administer leave programs (FMLA, medical, personal, etc.), ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain employee records and ensure documentation meets legal and internal requirements.
- Assist with compliance audits, reporting, and policy updates.
- Support payroll and HR data accuracy through timely updates and cross‑functional coordination.
- Assist in coordinating training sessions, tracking participation, and supporting overall development initiatives.
- Provide coaching and support to supervisors on HR best practices.

Requirements- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, discretion, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to build trust, manage sensitive issues, and balance multiple priorities.
- Experience with HRIS systems preferred.
