Job Details:

• Work day shift 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or evening shift 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM Monday through Friday with call

• Must have skillset to work both OR and CVOR environments

• CVOR call requirements: 5-10 weeknights per 6 weeks, up to 50% of the time

• General OR call requirements: 4-5 nights per 6 weeks

• Weekend call requirements:
General OR 5 twelve-hour shifts, CV 2 weekends per 6 weeks, up to 50% of the time

• Holiday call requirement: 2-3 twelve-hour shifts per year

• Call response time: 30 minutes

• Travelers will take call after 1-2 weeks of orientation

• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience required

• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS

• Handle 20-30 cases per day including total joints, general surgery, spine, urology, and cardiovascular procedures

• Work in 6 operating suites plus hybrid room

• Hospital provided scrubs required

• May occasionally float to assist with non-procedural tasks but will not float to other procedural areas

• Scrubbing not required for RNs - scrub techs available

• 3-5 shift orientation depending on case load and exposure

• Use Cerner EMR system

• BSN not required
