Touchmark at The Ranch is Prescott's premier retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through exceptional service and quality housing. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a full-time Certified Caregiver in Assisted Living / Memory Care.

Day

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Evening Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Night Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Starting Pay $21.00 pay is based on experience

As a Certified Caregiver, you will enrich lives every day by relying on your experience and knowledge of medication systems and procedures to ensure that residents in our Assisted Living neighborhoods receive the highest level of dignity and care. You will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members!

Candidate
  • Commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion) and a desire to model these values and encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers
  • Completion of a Certified Medication Technician training program
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • CPR/AED/First Aid certification
  • Arizona fingerprint clearance certification
  • Arizona food handler certification
  • Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
  • Ability to provide assistance and emotional support to residents
  • Willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
  • Ability to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors
