We are seeking a Physiatrist to join our team as an Associate Medical Director in Prescott Valley, AZ. As the Associate Medical Director, you will oversee the rehabilitation care of patients and lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities
:

• Round on the patients out of the Rehab facility
• Work with administrative staff to manage the day-to-day operations of the facility.
• Manage a mid level provider
